Terms and Conditions: MRCEM Primary and MRCEM Intermediate SBA Exam Preparation Guarantee

  1. Eligibility:
  • This offer is valid for participants who attend the in-person or online one-day MRCEM Primary or two-day MRCEM Intermediate SBA courses organised by Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd.
  • To be eligible for the guarantee, participants must have attended, and paid full price, for one of the courses mentioned above not earlier than January 2024.
  1. Guarantee Details:
  • If a participant fails their MRCEM Primary or MRCEM Intermediate SBA exam after attending a qualifying course at Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd., they are entitled to one free online place on the next available course.
  • This guarantee is applicable only once per participant.
  1. Redemption Process:
  • To redeem the guarantee, participants must provide evidence of their exam results indicating their failure result, along with a copy of their official ID.
  • Evidence must include an official exam result notification sent by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
  1. Timeframe:
  • The guarantee is valid for the next suitable online course following the participant’s exam failure.
  • Participants must redeem the guarantee within 12 months of RCEM’s published result date for the exam they attend.
  1. Course Availability:
  • The free online course is subject to availability and may have limited spaces.
  • Participants must register for the next available course in advance to secure their place.
  1. Non-Transferable:
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • The guarantee cannot be transferred to any person other than the original attendee.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Participants who fail to attend the free online course without prior notice may forfeit the guarantee.
  1. Verification:
  • Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd. reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the evidence provided by the participant.
  1. Amendment and Termination:
  • Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate this guarantee at any time.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in our MRCEM Primary and MRCEM Intermediate SBA Exam Preparation Guarantee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
