Terms and Conditions: FRCEM Final SBA Exam Preparation Guarantee

Eligibility:

  • This offer is valid for participants who attend the in-person or online two-day FRCEM Final SBA courses organised by Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd.
  • To be eligible for the guarantee, participants must have paid the full price for the course mentioned above and attended it no earlier than August 2024.

Guarantee Details:

  • If a participant fails their FRCEM Final SBA exam after attending a qualifying course at Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd., they are entitled to a 50% discount for one online place on the next available course.
  • This guarantee is applicable only once per participant.

Redemption Process:

  • To redeem the guarantee, participants must provide evidence of their exam results indicating a failure, along with a copy of their official ID. These should be send to info@bromleyemergency.com
  • The evidence must include an official exam result notification sent by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (RCEM).

Timeframe:

  • The guarantee is valid for the next suitable online course following the participant’s exam failure.
  • Participants must redeem the guarantee within 12 months of RCEM’s published result date for the exam they attended.

Course Availability:

  • The online course is subject to availability and may have limited spaces.
  • Participants must register for the next available course in advance to secure their place.

Non-Transferable:

  • The guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • The guarantee cannot be transferred to any person other than the original attendee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Participants who fail to attend the discounted online course without prior notice may forfeit the guarantee.

Verification:

  • Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd. reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the evidence provided by the participant.

Amendment and Termination:

  • Bromley Emergency Training and Research Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate this guarantee at any time.

Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in our FRCEM Final SBA Exam Preparation Guarantee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
